However, the adjoining room had pretty thin walls, leading to noise issues from neighboring guests. The pillows felt flat and the towels were old, not up to par for the price. Additionally, the minibar fridge was noisy enough to be a distraction, and the dining options at the Lotus Bar could be limited with extra charges for off-menu items. The shower temperature fluctuated unexpectedly, making it a hit or miss.

The Grand Deluxe Room was pretty comfortable. I loved the Balinese vibe with a lovely terrace outside. It was neat, but the shower had no curtain, so I ended up splashing water everywhere. The decor is basic and could use some updates, but the ambiance around the hotel is just magical. Plus, there were evenings of traditional music that added to the atmosphere, although it was a bit loud for early bedtimes. Overall, not a luxury spot but still enjoyable.

enjoyable stay, but could use better dining options
The staff are incredibly attentive, especially during our arrival when they helped us with our forgotten wallet. The serene garden view made mornings delightful as we enjoyed breakfast surrounded by lush greenery. Relaxing by the open-air pool was refreshing after a day of local exploration.
Dining options were somewhat limited on-site, which was disappointing.

The experience was a dream, especially enjoying a peaceful breakfast by the gorgeous lotus garden and having a soothing massage at the spa. I really appreciated the open-air swimming pool that was a perfect spot to unwind after a long day. Just a heads up, it would have been nice to have a few more dining options available on-site, but overall, I had a fantastic time! 😊
